Products, prices, and availability

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, specifications, prices, and availability accurately. Appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting, materials, manufacturing tolerances, or other reasonable variations. Review the product listing for included pieces, capacity, materials, and care guidance before ordering.

Before payment, checkout displays applicable item prices, available payment methods, shipping charges, taxes where applicable, discounts, and the final order total. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected method.

When an order is accepted

An order confirmation means we received the request; it does not necessarily mean payment, inventory, fraud-prevention, and fulfillment checks are complete. We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary due to failed payment, suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, a material pricing error, legal restrictions, or inability to fulfill it. If payment was collected for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Preparation, delivery, and post-purchase requests

Orders are normally prepared within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation; holidays, promotions, or unusually busy periods may require up to 5 business days. For supported U.S. destinations, estimated transit is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch. These are estimates and may vary. Checkout shows applicable shipping charges.

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery under our Return & Refund Policy. Following an approved return that has been received, inspected, and approved, we initiate an eligible refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days; payment providers may take longer to post it.

Changes, cancellations, and promotions

Send order changes or cancellation requests as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts before fulfillment begins, but cannot guarantee a change once processing, shipment preparation, or dispatch has started. No cancellation fee applies when an order is successfully canceled before fulfillment. Promotions may have eligibility requirements, expiry dates, minimum spend, exclusions, usage limits, or other conditions shown with the offer.

Using drinkware and store content

Use products in accordance with the product listing, specifications, care guidance, safety notices, and instructions supplied with the item. Store text, product photography, graphics, brand elements, and page design may be owned by us, licensed, or used with permission; nothing in these terms grants permission to use that material commercially.

Limits and mandatory rights

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from a purchase, transaction, or store use. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights, remedies, warranties, or liabilities that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or restrict.

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on the website. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the terms in effect when an order is submitted generally apply to that transaction.
